By accessing or using Inviolable's digital forensic security services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Smart Global Technologies Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

Inviolable provides digital forensic analysis services designed to detect surveillance software and security threats on personal devices. Our Services include: • Device diagnostic script generation • Forensic analysis of system data • Security threat detection and reporting • Digital certificates of analysis We do not guarantee detection of all threats. Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available."

To use our Services, you must: • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent • Provide accurate and complete information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to: • Use the Services for any illegal purpose • Attempt to reverse engineer our technology • Share your account credentials with third parties • Submit fraudulent or manipulated data

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe • Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to taxes • Refunds may be requested within 14 days if analysis has not begun • No refunds for completed analyses • Subscription services can be cancelled at any time We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

All content, software, and technology provided by Inviolable are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for personal or professional security purposes. You may not: • Copy, modify, or distribute our software • Create derivative works based on our technology • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices • Use our trademarks without written permission

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Services • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service • We are not responsible for false negatives or missed detections You acknowledge that no security solution is 100% effective and that you use our Services at your own risk.

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services: • For violation of these Terms • For fraudulent or abusive behavior • If required by law or government request • Upon 30 days notice for any reason Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Services. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
